An opportunity has arisen to purchase this very well maintained and loved narrowboat. Built in 2011 by John White and fitted out to a very high standard by Garry Shepherd, she makes the ideal canal and river getaway. She boasts a spacious cruiser stern deck with fixed U shaped seating, tiller steering, and non-slip deck matting that covers the deck boards and access to the engine bay.
Steps lead down from the deck into a well appointed and ergonomic galley with stainless steel sink and drainer to port, and a Shoreline fridge freezer and Spinflow/Thetford 4 burner hob, oven and grill to starboard. There is plenty of cupboard and drawer space for storage.
A door from the galley leads to the main cabin containing a full height cupboard, and a fixed double bed to port with cupboards above, and a radiator under the opposite gunwale.
Continuing towards the bow, the heads is located to port with a Thetford cassette toilet, wash hand basin with storage cupboards below, a glass-fronted shower, and heated towel rail.
The saloon, at the bow, contains a Valor Willow wood burning stove, a sofa that converts into a double bed, recliner chair with footstool, TV to Moonraker antenna, corner unit for storage, and a small table that folds under the gunwale allowing dining for two, but saves space when not in use. Double doors lead out onto the bow where there is a bench seat with storage.
Tin Tin III comes with everything needed to cruise, including ropes, fenders, pole and life belt, as well as bow and stern covers. Central heating is provided by a Webasto diesel heater to three radiators and a towel rail. She has shore power, DC/AC amps inverter, she was last serviced in November 2024 by RCR, and out of the water in March 2023. She has a Boat Safety Scheme certificate valid until April 2029.
